Xidian Changbian’s first low-noise Z-shaped reactor was successfully developed

Recently, the Philippine National Grid project product undertaken by Xidian Changbian, the first independently developed low-noise, font-shaped three-phase shunt reactor (Model: BKS-15000/69), passed all factory tests at one time, with excellent performance. In particular, the measured noise is lower than 59dB, far exceeding the industry level, and other performance indicators are better than the requirements of technical protocols, IEC and national standards.

In order to ensure the smooth completion of the project, the R&D team did a lot of calculations and simulation research on the noise, vibration, magnetic leakage, loss and other aspects of the Z-shaped reactor, and conducted a reactor design based on the special iron yoke developed for the first time. Comprehensive optimization, and the application of a large number of mature and advanced experience and technologies in high-voltage shunt reactors in the past, full research and bold innovation in the overall design, and finally determined the optimal technical solution.

Through technical research, the reactor has the advantages of low noise, small vibration, low partial discharge, compact structure, and good economy. At the same time, each workshop team also studied the drawings in advance based on the design briefing, determined the key technical points in the production process, and summarized and optimized them based on the previous experience in making high-voltage parallel reactors. During the production process, they were meticulous, strictly controlled, and implemented item by item as required. , which laid a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the product and the passing of the first test.

The successful development of this brand of Z-shaped reactor marks that Xidian Changbian has once again achieved a new leap in reactor research and development and independent innovation capabilities.
