Product Introduction
In the production process of dry-type transformers, mutual inductors, reactors, and amorphous alloy transformers, process steps such as preheating, coil pre-drying, and epoxy resin curing are very critical and directly affect the quality of the product. Therefore, the temperature uniformity and control reliability of the curing furnace are very high. Our company's HB series curing furnace has good temperature uniformity, a variety of flexible air supply methods, a mature and reliable control system, and a beautiful appearance. The insulation material uses high-quality insulation cotton with low thermal conductivity, which has obvious energy-saving effect;
The program intelligent temperature controller is used to control the temperature, PD parameters are self-tuning, solid-state relays are used to adjust the power, and contactless continuous adjustment is used to automatically complete the entire drying process, which can meet the requirements of any curing curve, is easy to operate, and has reliable performance
Optional paper recorder, print recorder, paperless recorder or computer centralized control can be used to monitor the entire process and analyze the drying and curing results;
According to the different placement of the dried products, a reasonable hot air circulation method is selected (vertical air supply for top heating, horizontal air supply for bottom heating, vertical air supply for side heating, etc.)
An over-temperature alarm system is set up, which can cut off the heating power supply and send out an audible and visual alarm when the temperature is abnormal;
Optional low-voltage lighting system and observation window can be used to observe the curing status of the workpiece at any time;
